The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Reply Me and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLY ME AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
